Location. The Bamboo Resort in Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) is set conveniently between pristine beaches and the area's gay entertainment district. Catering only to gay male clientele, the location is central to the area's famed nightlife. The small, charming resort is just one mile from downtown Wilton Manors, less than three miles from the beach and five miles from the shopping at Las Olas Boulevard. The Fort Lauderdale International Airport is eight miles from the Bamboo Resort.
Hotel Features. The clothing optional resort is smoke free, and features an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, patios and massage treatment rooms. Thoughtful amenities include laundry facilities, express check in and checkout service, complimentary high speed Internet access, complimentary access to a nearby fitness center and complimentary breakfast daily. An afternoon social hour takes place daily.
Guestrooms. Eight tropically decorated guestrooms span the two story hotel, and each feature complimentary bottled water, beer, soft drinks and snacks. Complimentary wireless Internet access, complimentary toiletries, refrigerators and cable television are also available.

Follow ramp to I 595/I 95 North.
Take first exit which is US 1 North (Federal Hwy),
Exit is less than a mile from airport on left side.
Take US 1 north about seven miles,
Highway changes names; route number(US 1)does not.
At intersection of Oakland Park Blvd turn right,
Going east to next red light, which is Middle River Drive. Turn right onto Middle River Drive.
Go one block and property is on the right.
